Non-Contact Radiation Welding for Roll-On Balls

MMC's welding technology for deodorant Roll-On ball applicators is available in both compact (24 mandrels) and High-Capacity (48 mandrels) models, and capable of achieving up to 275ppm output. Our technology enables precise control of each ceramic element, ensuring accuracy in the welding process. With the option of on-board and off-board vision systems, it ensures precise alignment of the two half spheres, minimizing welded-bead and ensuring a high-quality finished product.
